Patient had recurrent twice the puerperal period on 5th 7th day. A new approach management was taken. Rather than going for laparotomy, vaginal correction followed intrauterine tri-way foley catheter done. Gradual deflation done leading final permanent correction. but potentially deadly complication post delivery. Mortality morbidity can be reduced rapid recognition immediate replacement.
